The purpose of these Terms of Service (known as T & Cs, Terms and Conditions) is to provide a legal framework for the provision of the B2B intermediation platform specializing in DATA, Datanexions, and to define the conditions for access and use of services by "the User".

These T & Cs are accessible on the site under the heading "Conditions d’Utilisation", in French, and "Terms of Service", in English.

Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these T & Cs by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these T & Cs by checking the box preceding the following text "I acknowledge having read and understood the T & Cs and I accept them".

In case of non-acceptance of the T & Ss stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site, in particular if he does not understand the terms due to their availability in French or English only.

Datanexcions SAS reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T & Cs at any time.

PREAMBULE

The site www.datanexions.com (hereinafter referred to as "The SITE"), is a platform whose purpose is to create relationships between technology and / or service companies, non-governmental organizations, grandes écoles / university on the one hand, and data professionals on the other hand, in order to establish commercial relations and / or partnerships, for the purposes of financial benefits, marketing, information, among others. To this end, the site is based in particular on the transparent sharing of the profile of each member company, from the self-employed to the multi-national: business and corporate objectives, vision and experiences, problems encountered, solutions adopted, service offer or technological, business and technological skills, among others.

A User is a Data professional registered in his own name at least, then potentially as a representative authorized by his company to act on his behalf in the platform, in an administrator role or in a commercial expert role, technical or academic, in a director, manager or operational position.

Using the platform consists in connecting to the site www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) and to register by providing all the information required by the platform, including emails and mobile numbers, to choose a subscription and make all the payments according to the chosen schedule, to consult all the sections of the platform without seeking to circumvent the rules, including the provision of information without willingness to lie, cahcer or change facts, to interact with other users in a manner supervised by the platform, then to enter into contractual relationships with third parties, which gives rise to commissions due to the platform, depending on the services.

The use of the services of the SITE constitutes unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Use.

The SITE is accessible free of charge for a simple basic level of information service.

The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. To do this, he must register by filling out the form. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the member user undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning his marital status and contact details, in particular his personal e-mail address and his mobile.

To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his username, or email, and password, freely chosen during registration.

Any regularly registered Member User may request to unsubscribe by going to the dedicated page on their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of DATANEXIONS SAS.

In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher to blame for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

The User has the option of contacting the site by e-mail at the publisher's e-mail address provided in ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 3: DATA COLLECTION

ARTICLE 4: USER ACCOUNT

ARTICLE 5: SUBSCRIPTION

Users have the possibility to access the services offered by www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) through a subscription, in order to benefit from '' access to the catalog presenting the different types of subscriptions.

This subscription is achieved by creating a user account and filling out the subscription form, in which the User must choose the subscription that suits him, as well as a valid method of payment.

The subscription period is chosen by the User according to the options offered by the site.

The SITE subscription is renewed automatically before the end of each subscription period until termination.

The amount of the subscription is subject to change. If the User is already a subscriber at the time of a change in the price of the subscription, he will be informed of the price change and will be able to terminate his subscription at any time.

If the User wishes to terminate his subscription before the renewal date, he will continue to benefit from access to the service offered by the SITE until the end of the current billing period. (No refund will be given for periods of partial use of the service.) The User may choose to reactivate their account after termination if they wish.

ARTICLE 6: PRICE

www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) provide a catalog presenting the prices of various types of subscriptions at the User's choice.

The prices relating to the sale of subscriptions are specified in the catalog according to the different subscriptions.

www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) reserve the right to modify its prices at any time by posting them online.

Only the prices in effect indicated at the time of the order will apply.

The prices are indicated in euros and dollars, all taxes included.

The amount of the subscription, all taxes included, is indicated before final validation of the order.

Payment of the full price must be made when ordering, or according to the schedule proposed and chosen by the User.

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT

When he chooses to proceed with the subscription to one of the packages offered by the SITE, the User makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order.

Upon receipt of the validation of the purchase and payment by the User, the latter will receive an electronic payment confirmation to the email address specified during registration.

When he chooses to subscribe, the User transmits his banking information in order to be withdrawn at each subscription period. SITE services subscription fees will be billed periodically according to the start date of the first subscription period. However, the billing schedule may be subject to change. If the User is already a subscriber at the time of a change in the subscription schedule, he will be informed of the schedule change at least one month before the change and will be able to terminate his subscription at any time.

The withdrawal takes place once a month every month.

The User can choose to change his method of payment by accessing his account on the SITE.

If the settlement of a payment fails due to the expiration of the card, insufficient balance or for any other reason, the SITE reserves the right to suspend the User's access to the service offered, until the 'obtaining a valid payment method.

The User guarantees to the company DATANEXIONS that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he chooses and recognizes that the transmission to DATANEXIONS of his banking information constitutes proof of his capacities and consent to the sale, as well as to the exigibility of the sums due under the order.

DATANEXIONS does not save user credit card details, only proof of the transaction being archived.

In case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card on the part of accredited bodies or in case of non-payment, DATANEXIONS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription to the SITE.

ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the provisions of the Consumer Code, the User has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from payment.

ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the elements of the SITE (ergonomics, brands, graphics, logos, database, texts, images, sounds - this list is not exhaustive), taken together or separately, are subject to protection by the intellectual property code and more particularly by copyright according to the provisions set out in Articles L. 111-1 et seq. of said Code.

Access to the sites www.datanexions.com and its variants (.fr, .co.uk, .es, .de, etc.) does not constitute recognition of a right, and in general, does not confer any right of intellectual property relating to any element of the SITE, which remains the exclusive property of DATANEXIONS.

The member retains all of his intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the site, it cedes to the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute its publication, directly or by an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of the intellectual property. In particular, the member has the right to use his publication on the internet and on mobile telephone networks.

The publishing company agrees to include the member's name near each use of its publication.

Any content uploaded by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload content that could harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site will be borne by the user.

User content may be at any time and for any reason deleted or modified by the SITE, without notice.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Use are subject to the application of French law.

In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear it.
